RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something's not right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after 14 days cannot be accepted.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Finger tape — once the seal is broken.
- Nasal dilators — once removed from their sealed packaging.
- Any item marked "final sale" at the time of purchase.
Unopened hygiene items within the 14-day window are eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@osoto.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Include your order number in the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable service — we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item per this policy and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has a tracking number, treat it as a return.
