Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. International shipping is not yet available — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–9 business days.
These are estimates — we cannot guarantee delivery dates and aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status and tracking from your account page if you're signed in.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any applicable taxes are also calculated at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days after shipment, or if the carrier marks the package delivered but you haven't received it, email us at support@osoto.co with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate it and, if necessary, send a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you're responsible for the cost of reshipment. We'll contact you before re-sending.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and contents and email us within 48 hours. See our Return Policy for how we handle damaged items.
