These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of osoto.co and any purchase you make through the site. The site is operated by Signn Applications LLC, a US limited liability company, doing business as OSOTO ("OSOTO", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@osoto.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We do our best to describe products accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, or prices are free of error. Colors may vary slightly depending on your display. All prices are in US dollars. Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and refund the affected portion.

In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund payment in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (including suspected fraud, limits on quantities, or errors in pricing). Payment is processed by Stripe; by placing an order you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the full amount at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on osoto.co — including the name "OSOTO", the logo, product designs, photography, and copy — is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of it without our written permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the site to: (a) attempt unauthorized access to any system or account; (b) scrape or resell product data without permission; (c) submit false or fraudulent orders; (d) transmit malware or interfere with site operation; or (e) use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our products are accessories for grappling training; it's your responsibility to use them safely and train within your abilities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSOTO's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state and federal courts with jurisdiction over our place of business.
